Can I return the item if it doesn't work for me?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for personalized items. Each product is carefully crafted to your specifications, making it unique and special to you. However, for non-personalized items, we offer a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive a receipt for your order immediately after you place it. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your order on the Track Order page at any time.

Refunds (Non-Personalized Items)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
